Pack your package/Parcel well, write your contacts and the details of the receiver in a letter and put that in an envelope. Attach it to the packet so that we can be able to deliver it to the receiver. Then send us the package through post, expedition or you can deliver it to us personally. If you send your parcel to us, we will contact you as soon as we receive it.
Our office is located approximately 50 Kms from Hannover town in Germany.
If you want us to pick your package especially heavy machines and electronics we are going to charge you extra fee for collection (transport). You are also also going to provide a loading manpower.
You can also buy a package by Amazon or even ebay and give our address as the receiving address. As soon as your parcel arrives, we are going to contact you for payment of the shipping costs to Kenya. After that, we are going to ship your parcel to Kenya for you.
It is very important that you pack your item securely and sufficiently to prevent it from getting damaged on its travels.
Please NOTE that only packages which have been paid for completely will be given out in Kenya.

Choose the size of the package according to its content. Under-filled boxes are likely to collapse; overloaded ones may burst. |

Use durable and double-walled boxes. Items will get stacked in transit, therefore your packaging may need to support the weight of other packages. |

Prohibited Goods
The following items (or any item similar in description or content) are strictly prohibited from shipment and must not be sent through our services. Any of these items being sent may result in prosecution, heavy fines and imprisonment.

Animal skins, furs, any animal parts including meat, ivory and ivory products

Any item contents of which are described as unknown

Any item that is not packed
Boxes with hazardous label - Items sent with a hazardous label attached will be classed as such -
Clinical and/or biological samples and substances (including but not limited to bodily fluids and tissue samples, pathogens)

Dangerous, hazardous goods including but not limited to aerosols, flammable substances, biological substances, explosives, fireworks

Human Remains (including ashes), body fluids

Illegal goods (these are goods which are considered illegal in the origin, the transit points and/or the destination countries and would include but not be limited to pirated goods, counterfeit goods, currency and narcotics)

Written prescriptions, prescribed drugs, medication, any controlled/illegal substance including Khat to all areas.

Pornograpy.
